The wise Professor Knowitall in the magical land of Genoma creates a unique insect called a Wogglebug. When the Wogglebug becomes thoroughly educated and then highly magnified he receives clothing from a tailor and his family. He soon finds they are in the midst of hard times and facing possible eviction by a wicked landlady who may be a witch. Mr. Wogglebug gets help from a leprechaun named Liam to bring good luck to all the people in the village. He learns a lot about love, laughter, and life.
