Eight untold tales of the adventures Mr. Wogglebug had during a second visit to America in 1904-05. First, Mr. Wogglebug finds out that an older school in New York is to be demolished to build more factories, at which many children who used to attend the school may be forced to become workers. The Wogglebug makes a deal with the mayor that he will be able to pay off the school's debt to save it. Next, Mr. Wogglebug meets a circus clown, whom he finds an unlikely friend and mentor, about how life in the real world of America often is for all kinds of people. Regular or otherwise. He also had inspiring encounters with four famous men from that era. He also exposes a fraudulent faith healer. He also plays matchmaker for a young couple.
